1. The Towns of Buccaneer's Den and Avernus are no longer territories of the Britannian crown.
-------1a. Displays of disloyalty or resistance against the Baron will be considered Treason. Displays of resistance include, but are not limited to, banners, uniforms, and anything that suggests disloyalty towards the Baron.
-------1b. Harboring or aiding traitors will be considered Treason.
-------1c. The Avernian Militia is hereby disbanded.
2. Witchcraft will not be tolerated in the Baronies of Avernus and Buccaneer's Den.
-------2a. The Baron's men have the right to imprison and sieze the property of persons suspected of witchcraft. In addition to this, the homes of suspected witches may be raided at any time by the Baron's men.
-------2b. Assault on the Baron's men with any manner of witchcraft is punishable by imprisonment pending a trial by the Baron's court.
-------2c. The summoning of Undead or other creatures is punishable by imprisonment pending a trial by the Baron's court.
3. The Avernian Gem is hereby established as the official currency of the Baronies.
4. Assault upon a citizen is punishable by imprisonment pending a trial.
-------4a. Assault upon the Baron's men is punishable by imprisonment, public torture/humiliation, or death.
-------4b. Orcs, undead, and other non-humans are not considered citizens of the Baronies.
5. Only the Baron's men may have their weapon drawn within the borders of the town.
-------5a. Citizens may draw their weapons in self defense against orcs, undead, and the like.
-------5b. Drawing a weapon against the Baron's men is punishable by imprisonment pending a trial.
6. Theft of the property of Citizens will be considered stealing from the Baron, the punishment for which is public torture/humiliation. Armed robbery is punishable by imprisonment pending a trial.
7. Murder of another citizen is punishable by imprisonment, the Murder of one of the Baron's Men is punishable by Public Execution.
